How to Become a Home Inspector in Oregon:

Step One: Register for the Online ICA Home Inspector Certification Program. This course is fully approved in Oregon and will provide you with all 20 educational points required to obtain your home inspection license.  Upon completion of the online home inspection training course, you will be an ICA Certified Home Inspector and we will issue you a certification number, which you can use on your business cards and home inspection reports.

Requirements for Oregon Home Inspector Licensing 

To become a home inspector in Oregon, you’ll need to earn experience points. 20 points are required to become a licensed home inspector. All 20 points can be earned through our Oregon Home Inspector Training.
