Become a Home Inspector in Indiana:
Step One: Complete an approved 62-hour home inspection course. Of those 62 hours, 50 can be completed online and 12 must be completed in a hands-on environment. Our online home inspection course coupled with our 2-day classroom course will completely fulfill this requirement. The tuition for the online course combined with the 2-day classroom course is $1,295 and the dates are listed below. Our Indiana Home Inspection course approval number is CE21600007. Step Two: Take and pass the National Home Inspector Exam. We fully prepare you for the National Home Inspectors Exam. We fully prepare you for this exam – including a 200-page online study guide and 700 practice questions specific to the exam.
Students can complete the field class before finishing the online course.
