Iowa does not have license requirements for home inspectors. However, home buyers, real estate agents, and mortgage lenders will want to see that you are certified as a home inspector. We will train and certify you to inspect homes and commercial properties.
Steps to Become a Certified Home Inspector in Iowa:
- Register for ICA’s Online Home Inspection Certification Program.
