The steps to securing your New Mexico home inspector license are straightforward:

Step 1: Complete the 80 Hour ICA home inspection training course. Our online course meets the 80 hour requirement in accordance with chapter 66 of the NM Home Inspector Rules.

Step 2: Take and pass the national home inspector examination (NHIE). We fully prepare all of our home inspection students for this exam and provide a 200 page online study guide along with 700 practice questions.

Step 3: Complete an inspection log with 30 parallel home inspections in New Mexico.

Step 4:  Start your own home inspection business or go to work for an existing New Mexico home inspection company!
