  1. Register for the ICA Real Estate Inspection Certification Program. This online home inspection training course will give you the required 80 hours of training for Vermont licensing and all the knowledge you’ll need to perform a home inspection and own/operate your own successful home inspection business.  Upon completion of the course, you will be an ICA Certified Home Inspector and we will issue you a certification number, which you can use on your business cards and inspection reports.
  2. Take the National Home Inspectors Exam, which ICA fully prepares you for.
  3. Start your own home inspection business or go to work for an existing home inspection company!
